The O'Shaughnessy

Hops and spice and everything nice! Join us for the third-annual Katiefest, an initiative of the Young Alumnae Committee of the Alumnae Council. Katiefest includes live music, Oktoberfest themed food, sampling of local beers and a photo booth. The first Katiefest took place in 2012, and it has become a favorite annual event for alumnae and their friends and family.

Your vote counts! Everyone who attends will be able to vote for their favorite beer, with the winning brewery earning opportunity to sell its beer at The O'Shaughnessy.

We are excited that the following breweries have signed on to participate in Katiefest 2014:

Brau Brothers

Lucid (the winner of the favorite beer vote at Katiefest 2013!)

Urban Growler

Online registration is available through Friday, September 19. Tickets will also be sold at the door on the day of the event (cash or check only, an ATM is located in Coeur de Catherine for your convenience).

First-time Homebuyer's Seminar

Buying your first home can be overwhelming, let us help! In each of the last two years, the Young Alumnae Committee has planned a class for those interested in learning more about the home buying process. Real estate and mortgage professionals provide the knowledge needed to prepare for the exciting journey into home ownership.

The 2014 seminar took place on March 18. Because of the good response to this offering, the homebuyers' seminar will remain an annual event. Stay tuned for details on next year's class!
